 If you order on e.g. a Monday and select 2 working days, your first working day starts on Tuesday, then the second working day is Wednesday. Your order will ship on Wednesday via your selected shipping option and take additional days based on the shipping method. Public holidays, Saturday & Sunday are not working days.

The Rush fee is based on the number of items. Each item will need its own rush.

You must send us a message to check if we can fulfill your order in time before checking out. 

Please choose Smartpac or doorstep delivery to ensure you receive it in time. Our lead time and delivery time is seperate things and you are responsible for selecting the correct delivery method. If extremely urgent, you can arrange same day delivery methods like Grab Delivery as well, just let us know.

Local and international shipping time is excluded from processing time. If you want express courier delivery, you may contact us for a quote.
