Durability & safety is our top priority at The Sleek Hound. That's why we use 5/8 inch(15.875mm) width leather free Standard Beta BioThane® that is 100% waterproof, stink-proof, mold resistant and most importantly, worry-free. The break strength for the 5/8" webbing is 625lbs(283.5kg), which is the sturdiest of webbing that will hold even the toughest canine!

Material

Everything other than the quick-release buckles are made with solid brass/ plated solid brass hardware. 

Sizing

• All collars are made to order and are custom to your pet’s size. To ensure a perfect fit, pull the measuring tape snugly around your pet’s neck and leave room for your pinkie finger between the tape and your pet’s neck. The size in centimeters will be the middle hole, out of 5 holes. This means that with the correct fitting at the middle hole, the end of the webbing will not be too short or too long for the strap keeper and will look much neater than a collar with a huge size range.
• Fluffy dogs should be measured against their skin to get the best fit
• Do not measure your existing collars for sizing
• Custom hole sizing or extra holes are available upon request.
• Holes are 1/2inch apart for a better fit

Disclaimer

Important! Ensure that it is fastened properly with both sides of the buckle prongs clicking into place. Always make it a habit to tug on the collar to ensure the buckle is fastened tight. These buckles are plated zinc alloy and can corrode if the shiny layer of colour is damaged and scratched. This is not covered under warranty and is part of wear and tear. Avoid seawater if the buckle is severely scratched.  

Quick-release buckles are not suitable for heavy pullers and fearful dogs with high bolting risk. Buyer bears the responsibility of ensuring buckles are securely fastened when worn and The Sleek Hound is not liable for accidents. In case of a faulty buckle, it is covered by our lifetime warranty.

Personalisation Disclaimer:

Foils are delicate and may fade over time with use. When cleaning your gear, make sure you do not rub the foil area and be extra careful. Wiping your gear may also cause the foil to fade. In the event that all foil has disappeared, the deboss will still be visible

Due to its handmade nature, foils may have slight imperfections as it is difficult to control.
